Have you just booked a wedding session with Kandice Mae Photography?  Please follow the next steps to complete your booking process.  

1) Save/download both pages to your computer (They are below the text)

2)  Print and fill out both pages

3) Send them to:

4) If you haven't sent the deposit, you can put it along with the contracts.  If you have paid the deposit- you are good to go!  After contracts are received we will meet a couple of times to go over details and ideas, before your big day.
